The spring steelhead run is quickly approaching. I have some good March week dates available yet. My weekend availability is March 11 (4hr trip only on this date) March 12, 19, and 26. April week dates are available as well. April weekend availability at this time is April 15, 16, 22, 23 and 29. With the warmer than average winter we have had so far, there is a possibility the run could get going early. But the fish will ultimately decide that! Winter fishing has been going good for us on both the Grand and Muskegon Rivers. Some days we have had to work for them harder than others, but that is typical of winter steelhead fishing. We got a bump in water levels on both rivers from the February rainfall. A big push of fish did not seem to come in with the increased water levels, but some new fish have trickled in, and the older fish were shuffled around a bit.
